Illustration System
& Library

I redesigned the existing illustration styles and create a comprehensive illustration library that can be used throughout different applications.

My major focus was diversity so illustrations can represent a broad spectrum of industrial athletes™.

So I set up a broader spectrum of color palettes yet not going away from the main brand palette. I also built a library of different appearances so other designers can create illustrations easily.

Packaging Design

I also led a packaging design for the SafeWork System. The package should include 1 x Smart Dock, 25 x Sensors, 30 Wearable, and instructions.

I worked with the production and marketing teams to gather the requirements and designed the end-to-end user flow from packing to the unboxing experience.

I created 3D CAD and physical package prototypes to design a better package. After a small batch of deployments, The final package design was deployed at 500+ within 2 months and contributed to the increase of customer satisfaction by 1.4x.

V22 & FLx ErgoSkeleton™

Industrial Design

I led the industrial design process for lifting assistance and postural support devices called V22 and FLx ErgoSkeleton™. My major contributions are defining the overall form factor and building the hardware part of devices. These devices sold 50,000 in warehouses and distribution centers. The device helped people reduce back injuries by 25%.

Art Directions

I led art directions for photography, promotional materials, collateral, and videos. I collaborated a photography firm to set up the location and art directions.
